We are a young female workforce looking to make a genuine difference in the disability sector. With years of experience in cooking and behavioural therapy we work with participants of all abilities. Striving to support others to reach their full potential with any goal they set.
About Us
Layla
Trained in French Commercial Cookery and Patisserie, I am a qualified Chef & Pastry Chef with 7 Years of experience in fine dining working across multiple restaurants.
I have 3 years of experience in disability support work providing cooking classes and generalised support for all abilities.
My skill set is tailored for clients from the ages of 12 to young adult, however is not exclusive to this age bracket.
Sally
Trained in Behavioural Therapy, I have 4 years in the disability sector as a professional. I am able to provide a wide range of support to the broad disability sector.
I bring a fun and positive environment to my clients. I specialise in working with high needs clients from the ages of 3 years old to young adults, but not exclusively.
My skill set is mainly tailored for individuals on the Autism Spectrum in conjunction with individuals who are hearing impaired or Deaf.
Sally and Layla
Together, we are providing behavioural management in conjunction with individualised cooking programs.
We firmly believe in inclusivity across all walks of life, this means we are able to provide supports together at a 2:1 ratio for participants with higher or more diverse needs.
Together, we both have our CPR and First Aid certificates in conjunction with Auslan training and NDIS Screening checks.
We work cohesively as a team and strive to reach clients goals in both cookery and limit behaviours of concern, creating a safe and well balanced environment.
